1) How can I pay?
We accept payment through the following methods.
a) Credit card
You can now pay by your credit card. This is powered by Stripe, a global payment processor used by big brands around the world. You can be assured your credit card information is safe as well, as it is sent securely to Stripe and never stored on our own server. You can verify this by clicking on the lock icon that appears on your web browser’s address bar.
Though there is additional cost incurred for us to provide this service to you, our lower-than-retail prices remain the same as always!
b) Local bank transfer
You can opt to pay for your order by using PayNow or doing a bank transfer via internet/phone banking or ATM, using the following payee details:

Please quote your order number and the transaction reference where possible, and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the “Contact Us” form in our website when the transfer has been made.
Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours from your time of order, so that the items can be freed up for other customers. You will be notified by email if this happens.
c) Cash on delivery
Available for self-collect and personal delivery options only. Kindly ensure you have the exact amount or notify us in advance so we can prepare the change for you.
2) I have placed my order, what happens now?
You should have received an acknowledgement email on your order immediately upon completion of checkout process. If you selected the bank transfer option, please proceed with the bank transfer, and notify us when that is done.
Upon verification of your payment, your order will be processed within the next working day. If you have selected cash on delivery for personal delivery or your order is entitled to free personal delivery, we will email you to confirm the delivery timing.
3) How long will my order be on hold? Why was my order cancelled?
To maximise the availability of stock for our customers, orders will be on hold for 24 hours upon checkout. Your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within this window.
Should your order be cancelled, you will be notified by email. Feel free to contact us should you encounter any difficulties with your payment or order.
Here are the options available for your order:
Speedpost Economy ($6, 3-5 working days)
Speedpost Standard ($10, 1-2 working days)
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by SingPost. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been handed over to SingPost.
Don’t want to pay for shipping? We understand. We have improved our self-collection service to offer more flexible timings at our Bedok Central collection point. We will contact you to arrange for this upon receiving your order. Please note that if you miss the collection time (10mins waiting time), we will have to reschedule accordingly. However, for Cash on delivery payment method, your order will automatically be cancelled once your order exceeds the 24hr timeline (from time of order).
Personal delivery (S$15.00 – FREE for orders above $150, excluding overseas orders)
We will personally deliver your order to you! For orders above $150 (after discount, if applicable), we will deliver this to your location for free! Do state your preferred location and time of delivery upon checkout under Order Notes.
To protect your nanobrick purchase from any shipping damage, items in plastic packets will be mailed in a bubble padded envelope. Boxed items will be packed and mailed in a carton box. Self-collect and personal delivery items will be hand-delivered in a shopping bag.
Please kindly note that we cannot take any responsibility of any loss or damage to items incurred during delivery, as that is beyond our control.
